Tilda with Ballot Shoes Card Kit...

Tilda with Ballot Shoes Card Kit

It's time for this month's Switchin' It Up Card Kit.
That's where we use Copic Markers and ShinHan Markers in one card kit.
That way you can add a few ShinHan Markers to your collection with out breaking the bank.

My husband asked me the other day why I didn't have any colored girl card kits?
I told him I never thought I got the skin tone right.
To me it just never look right.
But he had a valid point so I decided I would make one up.
She didn't turn out that bad.

But you can also choose to do her with white skin.

I've been seeing a few cards with crystals on them and wanted to try out the look.
So with this kit you'll get a package of Crystal Swirls to add to your card.
The beautiful paper is from the Prima - Firefly Collection.
I thought the pretty fun colors would go great with her purple ballot dress and bright pink bow.

These are 4 new ShinHan Markers for this month's kit.
For her dress I used.
P83, P145, PB75 & PB77
It turned out super cute!

The image is by Sassy Cheryl.
It's called Button Flowers

I hope you'll join me with this month's Switchin' It Up Card Kit.

Thanks for stopping in!
Have a fabulous day!

This "colored" girl loves the way you colored your "colored" girl!
You are so right about coloring darker skin tones-each time I do it's a battle. I have had great success with E13, 11, 00. I use the e13 very sparingly since it's hard (for me)to blend. I also like E11, 21,00 for a lighter AA tone.
I visit your blog each day-love it!
