Lucy with Scarf Card Kit

We are still having winter here in Oregon.

Lots of cold and rain.

We definitely have to dress warm to go out side.

Like this adorable Lucy with Scarf .

I stamped Lucy with Scarf using the 

Hampton Arts Stamp Perfect

with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on 

Neenah 80lb Solar White Card Stock 

and then colored her with Copic Markers.

The paper is from the 

Simple Stories Winter Wonderland Collection.

Yes I used it on last week's card, but it's so cute!

I didn't have a chance to use the 

Precious Marieke Snowflake Circle Die or the 

Penny Black Winter Snow Script

when I did Christmas cards this year.

so this was my chance.

To finish the card off I of course added some 

Spica Clear Glitter Pen to her hair 

and some Neat & Tangled Mermaid Tail Sequins.
