But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.
Have you ever wondered what Jesus will look like if he showed up on your doorstep?
I have and I'm pretty sure he will look nothing like I imagined.
He probably won't be dressed in fancy clothes.
He probably won't be tidy.
I imagine he will not be someone I wouldn't normally talk to.
But you just never know who you might be having an encounter with.
Everyone needs to be treated with respect and dignity.
No matter what they look like.
