(In) Courage - A Moment to Breathe - Day 206

Hey there!

I hope your day is going great.

In today's online class I worked on Day 186 in the 

(In)Courage A Moment to Breathe 365 day devotional.

Joshua 1:8

This book of instruction must not depart from your mouth; you are to meditate on it day and night so that you may carefully observe everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in whatever you do.

Today's story is about being in a funk.

Have you ever woke up in a funk?

I have lots of times.

Or it can come on in the middle of the day or whenever it feels like it.

There is no apparent reason.

I just feel like I'm not the same person.

I'm in a funk.

So today we are encouraged to pull out our Bible, ask God to talk to us, read one verse, and write it down, word for word.

Did your heart shift?

I haven't tried this yet but I'm guessing I will feel a shift.

A lightening of spirit.

A big hug from God.

But you know what the best part is?

You don't have to wait to be in a funk to do it at all!

You can do it whenever you want to.

How great is that?

Just doing today's page gave me a big boost.

It was like receiving a big hug from God.
