Video - Watercolor Beautiful Heart Flowers

Today I'm trying out the new Altenew Watercolor Set.

I started out by stamping the Beautiful Heart Stamp with Ranger Antique Linen Distress ink 

on Arches 140lb Cold Press watercolor paper.

I didn't mask my flowers or leaves I just carefully wiped the extra ink away with my finger before stamping.

I then die cut the Thanks from Gold Glitter cardstock.

The "a million" sentiment is from the 

Your Next Stamp Whatnot Sentiments 9 Set.

The sentiment actually said, "Thanks a Million" I just wiped the thanks part off before stamping with Versamark ink.

Make sure to always use embossing power prep tool before stamping.

This will keep the embossing powder from sticking everywhere else.

I trimmed the card front down to fit on a 

4.25 x 5.5 Fig Swirl card base.

This is a nice light gray color.

I used foam tape to pop up the image and the "A Million" sentiment.

I then added some yellow and clear sequins to add some sparkle.

I think the Altenew Water Color set is a good investment.

Something you will use many times.
