In today's online class I worked on Day 269 in the 

(In)Courage A Moment to Breathe 365 day devotional.

Romans 8:1

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.

Today's story is about guilt.

Mom guilt, house cleaning guilt, fat food guilt, wife guilt, bad friend guilt.

The guilt of always feeling like a mess.

Living in fear because you may mess up.

All these things or some of these things may be so, but that humanity.

We are human.

We mess up.

Only God is perfect.

He knows we are not.

If we keep our eyes on Him we can let go of the guilt.

We can start really living.

We are meant to live free.

Jesus gives freedom.

The real kind.

So today let it all go.
