In today's online class I worked on Day 186 in the
Ephesians 4:11-13
And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors, and teachers, equipping the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God's Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ's fullness
Today's story is about using your gifts.
Do you feel like you have some kind of talent?
Some people are artistic,
some people can cook,
some people can teach,
some people can arrange flowers,
some people can ____?
Do you ever feel like you can't do anything?
Do you ever ask
How do I really know what God wants me to do?
I sure do!
God has already given us specific instructions to love and serve, to be a light, to refrain from ungodly behavior.
If we focus on what He's already told us to do, we'll be better positioned to hear what else He wants us to do.
So today lets change our focus from worrying about what others can do and start focusing on what we can already do.
There are gifts inside us all.
